Mushroom Cream Rolled Beef

I love mushroom cream that packs loads of natural Umami flavours.
Our lovely neighbour who is French taught us the recipe of the cream, that is so easy but super delicious!

Most beef in Barcelona is very lean, so adding extra flavour like mushroom cream and bacon is my favourite style 🙂
