Katsu Curry (Japanese Curry Rice with Pork Cutlet)

That was the last week’s thing. My son had a school trip that was his the first experience in his life and he was super excited to take part in the event with his classmates 🙂
And he requested me to make Katsu Curry for the eve of the school trip because he said his the biggest three favourite foods from mummy’s menu were Katsu curry, Karaage (deep-fried chicken) and Pasta.

Then I made his request.

This time, the boys worked hard for preparing the Tonkatsu for themselves.

Ummm what a perfectly marble pork shoulder!

And the curry sauce smells so good.

The school trip? Yes, certainly he had a blast and brought back a lot of precious memories and stories!
