Shime-Saba (Marinated Mackerel) & Edamame Canape, Homemade Cava Sangria

It has been almost 1 month since we moved in our new home in Barcelona and recently I found a lovely local fishmonger near us.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful even we use different languages each other. And the reason I admire them is not only that but also their seafoods are amazingly fresh and high quality.

This time, I bought fresh mackerel from this shop and make a nibble which was our weekend style for my family 🙂

I cleaned it and marinated in my original marinade.

Make a veggie paste using Edamame (soya bean) and Tofu, the taste is based on Japanese-style.

And our special weekend’s treat, Cava based Sangria, that is Catalan drink! lol

Our belongs have not arrived yet, so our tea table is still cardboard table, which is better than nothing! lol

Have a lovely day 🙂
