Spanish Ham Tonkotsu Ramen

We haven’t received any our own furnitures, utensils even no clothes from Singapore yet, however finally the kids’ had an opportunity to take part in a foot ball class in Barcelona.

Our settling is slow and I feel like it goes little by little, but we are lucky to be surrounded by lovely and kind local neighbours 🙂
I have realised Japanese foods like Sushi and ramen were more popular than I expected in Barcelona and my good friend who have lived here over 15 years said that it was certainly getting popular and well-known. That is a great news for me!
Then, I made my homemade Tonkotsu Ramen using a spanish ham! lol

The basic broth is made of vegetables like onion, carrot, garlic and ginger etc. like a normal Ramen making.

Then infused the extra Umami flavours of Spanish ham into the soup.

Even the bowl is plastic container and the cutleries are plastic take-away fork and spoon, but the great taste covered everything!

Good foods always make us smile 🙂
