Calamari & Fried Seafoods Platter

The other day, I explored a new local market, Mercat Galvany, which is the nearest from my place.

Visiting a local market is always mesmerising and so exciting because I can feel local people’s real lives!

The market was absolutely beautiful and amazing, most staffs are friendly and smily even if it is difficult to make our communications due to our different languages.

I brought a large trolley and packed so many interesting fresh local ingredients/products.

Then on that night, I made a seafood platter for my family 🙂
The squid is actually Sashimi grade, so I have to avoid over-cooked and dried unpleasant texture.

Served with homemade dipping sauce and olives from the market.
