Seafood Platter -Salmon Tar Tar, Fresh Oyster with Micro Bakery Sour Dough Bread

My latest hit was the homemade sour dough bread from Micro bakery in Tiong Bahru.

I would say their sour dough is my most favourite in Tiong Bahru.
The flavour and the texture of crumb are perfect, which is impossible to be created by large-scale production. Now this small cafe is my hidden gem near me 🙂
