Oyako Don (chicken & egg rice bowl), Oyster Mushroom with Anchovy Garlic Oil

My taste of soup for Oyako Don is slightly sweet from Mirin than usual Dashi, so that’s why I made a kicking anchovies’s side dish 🙂
