Forage & Feast Tour by Fable Foods

I was so privileged to join the food tasting session with some Singapore Home Cooks members to learn about mushrooms.

Jim Fuller, Fable Foods Co-founder and Chief Science Officer kindly shared their passion to mushrooms as a meat substitutes for us. He is also a fine dining chef, chemical engineer and mycologist aka mushroom scientist. 

All tasting foods were utterly phenomenal, their meaty pulled mushrooms bring plenty of texture and are packed with all the umami flavours that boost our appetite even more! 

It’s delicious, 100% plant-based and meatier than I think!
