Japanese KETO Dry Pork Curry

My husband and I still enjoy striving for the KETO diet which does not consume carbohydrate and sweetness as much as we can. We lost our weights and feel healthier every single moment in our life.

The other day, I was eager to eat Japanese dry curry and the KETO inspired me to make it.

I made buttered cauliflower instead of buttered rice 🙂

After saying ‘Itadakimasu!’, we mix all and tucked in! Divine!

Of course, young children like our boys definitely need carbohydrate daily base, so I just boiled flour noodles for them. This is another typical Japanese style for eating curry.

They still learn to crack eggs nicely ;-D

Hahaha, Japanese dry curry is so much loved by everybody.
