KETO Green Soba Noodle with Shigure Ni (simmered) Beef

This is our first time to talk about our recent Keto (ketogenic diet) Life.

There are several variations of the protocol of Keto diet, but the general idea of the keto diet is to remain extremely low in carbohydrates while consuming an extremely high percentage of fat.
I am not a strict Keto dieter but since my husband has joined that diet with me, I have tied my diet-style up more aiming for supporting him. Usually every weekend’s breakfast was always pile of pasta I cooked because I am a huge lover of noodles (still even now though).

Since then, whenever we miss noodles, I make zucchini noodle or Shirataki (Konjak) noodles instead of wheat noodles because these are carbo free!

Tada-! This is one of the recent our dinner.

Green Soba Noodle (proper & Keto) with Shigure Ni (simmered) Beef

These are zucchini noodles for the grownups 🙂

We totally love these guilty free noodles!
Of course, young children definitely need a decent amount of carbohydrate, so I prepared normal green tea soba noodle for my kids.

Keto diet allow us to consume a lot of fat and meat, which makes our life uplifting!

So far, we both have lost our weights and that make us healthier and energetic even more.

We are excited to share more stories about Keto life in our food blog here.
Stay Well, Stay Healthy!
