
The other day, when it was a super busy day and didn’t have enough time and energy to make our dinner(oh dear), I was not hesitated to make this very quick meal for my family.

Tom Yum Kung (Creamy Style)
Until I learned authentic Tom Yum Kung in Thailand, I totally misunderstood this dish. The teacher told me that Tom Yum Kung should not be simmered for a long time and not be cooked in advance. Always it is a quick cooking and should be a fresh soup.
It takes only 15 minutes for this soup and I actually realised fresher is better. I don’t need to buy any bottle of Tom Yum soup stock any more.
Now the recipe I have learnt is my treasure and super helper for my busy time!
