Oden (Winter Pot), Okara no Taitan (Simmered soya bean pulp), Spinach with Sesame Dressing

Oden is a kind of soul food for a winter season in Japan.
I didn’t know how much I was able to appreciate it if there is no seasons in Singapore, but actually it worked! We loved breathing into piping hot Oden 🙂
As side dishes, I prepared another typical traditional Japanese salads.
