This is Aosa, it’s a very traditional and healthy food in Japan.

This exquisite product is dried Aosa which is mostly sold as dried and if once you re-hydrate it, their taste is subtle but nicely coastal.
I made a sauce for the beef using this Japanese ingredient.

Wagyu is very expensive, so this is just a small treat for grown-ups 🙂
Another side dish was more home-style and family friendly one, Tofu & Mushroom Salad with Garlic Soy Koji Dressing

This is my homemade Garlic Soy Koji, which tastes like a garlic Miso.

It’s Friday evening here!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend 🙂
