Aburi Uni Rice Ball with Creamy Oyster Soup

A quick sharing of a quick cooking 🙂

Aburi Uni Rice Ball with Creamy Oyster Soup

What you need to do is cooking rice (actually a rice cooker does it though!) and adding the Uni flavour to the cooked rice and pour the Oyster soup over. Just that!
As an extra mile, if you torch the rice, that might be more presentation-able.
I’m sure you would like to ask me where can I get the delicious oyster soup in Singapore?

Here, our friend MoguShop is in Singapore for you.

They deal two more different tastes of soup in their shop and obviously all three tastes are brilliant!
My family and I tried all and absolutely loved them (kids were almost licking the plates!!)

So, when you dash back home from your office but if you feel to treat yourself and family with a small but quality dinner, this is perfect.

It’s nearly weekend, how about this idea for your weekend’s dinner?
