Tonkotsu Tsuke Ramen (Pork Dipping Ramen), Matcha Tiramisu

We have so so many types of Ramen in Japan but Tonkotsu (pork based creamy soup) based dipping Ramen has been a star since 10 years ago around particularly around Tokyo.
And most Tonkotsu Tsuke (dipping) soup is added with seafood flavour like Japanese anchovies, bonitos etc.. I am a huge Ramen lover and my most favourite of Tonkotsu Tsuke Ramen is Rokurinsha 六厘舎.

Whenever I go back to Tokyo with my family, Rokurinsha is a must to visit 🙂
The soup is rich, creamy and nicely thick that is addictive for me.
The other day, I felt craving for Rokurinsha’s ramen, but who knows when we will be able to visit Japan next time, hence I invented my original Tonkotsu Tsuke Ramen that is mixed with seafood flavours.

I really loved my Tonkotsu dipping sauce and homemade Chashu.

So that Ramen encouraged me to put this hearty Ramen into a menu for our cooking class.
I simply want to share good foods and tastes to other people who love foods.
And another dish I made on that day was great.
That was Matcha Tiramisu.

Normally I do not have a sweet tooth but my Tiramisu is not so sweet, so I totally relished it.
The kids did it also.

Haha, anyway nothing can beat their hungry tummies and bing happy is great!

Have a lovely weekend.
