Spanish Tapas Night -Tortilla, Green Pepper, Green Salad

Throwback of the other day’s dinner.
A good friend who is a Spanish lady kindly taught me how to make Spanish Omelette at her home in the end of the last year.

I was over the moon to know it because I learnt that Spain’s national food in Spain by hands-on learning class a few years ago but now somehow I was not able to remake the exact taste at home despite I followed the recipe I learnt (so sad!).

Then I attempted it again at home.
Result?

Ta da!
I’m very satisfied and happy for the result.

Finally I regain how to make the authentic taste for Tortilla!

We all love Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.

Munch munch, thanks goodness, we thank our friend’s kindness.
