Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Crispy Chicken with Tomato & Strawberry Sauce

We have started to create a new Christmas menu for our family!

Can you imagine what is that crispy crumbs? It is..

Tada! Just corn flakes! (non sugar) lol

Open the chicken breast and stuff the bacon and cheese.

Grill with vegetables. This photo is just before cooked.

Cook the chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 190C. Take out the chicken and grill the remaining vegetable again on 230C until brown.

After the vegetables are cooked, take out the remaining juice in the pot and make a tomato & strawberry sauce seasoned with Japanese light colour soy sauce.

Sour strawberries are better (these are too sour to eat for my kids!)

Then serve with Christmas decoration and music!
