Salmon, Leek, Fennel Quiche & No Dairy Creamy Clam Chowder Soup

Today’s quiche contains a lot of butter for the tart and milk and cheese for filling. I always like these diary products as it is simply tasty! However I have tried to use them not often aiming for deducing calories and cholesterols 🙂

Hence, in oder to take a healthy balance, I made a creamy clam chowder using no dairy product.

I wondered this was able to distract my kids who are huge diary lovers, however actually it worked!!
(maybe just the decent amount of cheese and butter from the quiche made them satisfied…lol )

Extra small ones are for the next day’s lunch.
