Chilli Con Carne

Dark morning, Strong gutsy winds and Frozen car windows… 
Increasingly it’s almost proper winter in Cornwall.

In such a miserable day, somehow I would like to make a hearty hot meal.
This time was Chilli Con Carne. 

I have young children, who have more sensitive tastebuds than us adult, so I always add the smoked paprika powder instead of chilli powder for their sake. 
Grownups can make up their plate with some spices and chilli paste to their favourite taste.
Everyone can share same dish with a little customised tuning, is that the advantage for home-style dish, isn’t it?
