Seafood Paella Cornish lobster meat

I made a fish broth from lobster’s shell and other fish bones what I brought from a local fishmonger the other day. 
I just learned to cook the authentic Spanish paella from the culinary school in San Sebastian, so I wanted to remake their delicious taste for my family.

Next day, I finally made a seafood paella using this flavourful fish broth.   

I served Cornish lobster meat on top and homemade garlic bread alongside.
I made double amount of the paella for the next day’s dinner though, all gone only one night!! (My husband told me that this was the best paella ever in his life!)
Oh well. such a hungry three boys.
Never mind, their happiness is my happiness.
