Tuna Sashimi Salad -Organic beetroot, Mushroom, Lentil and Japanese Dashi Jelly, Ponzu Dressing

Like a gem on the beach…
This is Ponzu dressing which was made from scratch.

(You can get Yuzu juice from super store like Sainsbury’s or Waitrose, if you live in the UK)
By the way, I shot the same dish on a different background colour for checking how effective the colour for food shot is.  
How funny, what a different impression!
