Grilled Cornish mackerel, Organic Tofu with Yuzu Miso, Organic beetroot Kimpira (stir-fried salad), Chinese five spices carrot with soy marinated beetroot, Konjac

Konjac…have you heard of this VERY Japanese food before?
This is a saviour for dieters as it’s ZERO calorie!
whoo Hoo!
What a miraculous healthy food, isn’t it!!
But Konjac has completely no flavour and taste at all, so definitely you need to add some flavour.
So I always make lots of fine cuts on the surface for preparing it to be absorbed seasoning.
Anyway, I’ll share some Konjac recipes with you soon, but I would like to share another typical Japanese food’s recipe today.
That’s Kimpira (stir-fried vegetable).
Normally we use carrot and burdock for Kimpira, but you shouldn’t stick these vegetables if you can get any root vegetables. .
This time, I could get really lovely fresh beetroots from local shop, so I chose their stems for Kimpira.

Menu of the day was this; Grilled Cornish mackerel, Organic Tofu with Yuzu Miso, Organic beetroot Kimpira (stir-fried salad), Chinese five spices carrot with soy marinated beetroot, Konjac
