Charred Cornish Rack of Lamb, Japanese Chilli 

After such a huge fun time, somehow we are always likely to have an energetic food.

What that I chose for my family was “Charred Cornish Rack of Lamb, Japanese Chilli” & “Vegetable stew in Japanese Dashi”.

Luckily I have met a really great local meat supplier @Brian Etherington Meat and they gave me a freshest lamb.
I can’t express enough this inspired me so much.
To be honest, I haven’t enjoyed such a freshest, cleanest lamb meat flavour ever.

So what I needed for seasoning were just sea salt, Panko, and Japanese Chilli oil.
Just them but so delightful!
