It’s already December…(sigh)
My little sheeps can’t wait for Christmas mood any more, then we has built up a Christmas tree and started decorations.
These festive mood stimulated my imagination, then I made this all in one plate dish: Cornish Lobster and Scottish Salmon Terrine, Winter vegetables Soup
The char-grilled Spring Onion are flavoured with Yuzu and Kombu (Kelp) just before grilled.
Ummm…I’m getting to feel festive, despite still some important works remaining in this month yet.
