Japanese Udon with deep-fried Tofu (Vegan)

This is typical Japanese Udon.​Amazingly clear soup was made of mushroom essence and really taste light.In a busy season, this dish is ideal for taking care of my dear family’s condition. I wish them happy tomorrow too.

“Roasted Lamb with Ponzu (Yuzu Soy sauce) Jelly Sauce “

Such a day which is getting be Christmassy, I’m in festive mood in the kitchen. Yuzu Jelly which is getting melting on the piping hot lamb is absolutely beautiful.   Let me pray for tomorrow’s happiness and wealth.
