BBQ Spareribs & Leftover Pulled Pork Salad with Homemade Sweet Chilli Dressing

That was an easy way to manage two nights’ dinner!

For the first day, we marinated a spareribs with homemade BBQ sauce which was made of Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic and onion etc. for over night.

And charred the vegetables with homemade garlic oil until wilt.

And serve together, just that.

It was so fun to tuck in all together~!

Then after the extravaganza, I made a pulled pork using the left overs.

The next day, I just cook a pineapple with homemade sweet chilli oil.

And served with sweet chilli dressing, so easy right?
