Grilled Pork & Vegetables, Oil Marinated Artichokes

That is a beautiful marble pork shoulder.
I marinated it with herbs and garlic in white wine over night.

And just grill with sliced vegetables (a lot!).

Healthy artichoke, what a charming guy, I can’t resist it 🙂

Marinated and slow-cooked pork was amazingly tender and juicy, even it’s so easy to slice off using a plastic knife and fork!
