Cornish Crab brown meat Tagliatelle, Soured Plum Simmered Mackerel, Tomato Mango Salad with Kikkoman Soy Ginger dressing

Hello gorgeous you, Cornish sky, where are you gone on earth?? 
This is just a quick throw back to such a stunning evening of last week.
I made an Japanese food assorted plate: Cornish Crab brown meat Tagliatelle, Soured Plum Simmered Mackerel, Tomato Mango Salad with Kikkoman Soy Ginger dressing
I think picking as much as different ingredients in small amount would make our life balance better and I expect to avoid eating too much (am still hoping so!)
Today I wanna share you a recipe of one of these dishes.
That’s the simplest one: Tomato Mango Salad with Kikkoman Soy Ginger dressing 
It honestly takes only 10 minutes to make this and no need any oven!
Even my little boys devoured this dish 🙂
