Grilled scallop, Yuzu pepper cream, Yuzu Pearl

I wanted to make a quiet but a beautiful beach on my plate like a crystal coast line of Cornwall. 
Can you guess what these pretty pearly drops?
They are made of Yuzu juice, Japanese savoury Dashi and Agar.
It would be much better if I whip the cream before adding Yuzu pepper paste though, should be fine. 
Next time.
I will serve these Yuzu Pearl at my next event, East meets west, English wine and fine sushi on this Thursday.
