Cornish Sardine Two Way -Lemon, Oregano, Ponzu, Cretan Rusk Salad, Maidanosalata

Awe what a gorgeous spring in Cornwall this year!
Glorious sun, stunning blue sky, vibrant green fields…we are absolutely blessed.

The other day, I was enough lucky to get the freshest local caught sardine from a fishmonger.
And I was so eager to take some clean foods in, so I made these: Cornish Sardine Two Way -Lemon, Oregano, Ponzu, Cretan Rusk Salad, Maidanosalata

Super clean, light and fresh, utterly pleasant!
