Cornish Mackerel Tomato Stew with Homemade Aioli

It’s the middle of summer holiday.
A heat wave that used to please us isn’t here anymore, but it’s still lovely summer.

We need much energy to enjoy throughly, so I made this hearty meal which was packed lots of vitamins.

I cooked the freshest local mackerel which were caught the day before.
Carrot, onion, potato, celery, garlic and pepper…so flavourful but we don’t want to miss this one more additional seasoning: homemade aioli sauce
Dropping some aioli over the stew just before serving, the flavour is dramatically changed!

Our energy charge was completed, I’m ready to work for tomorrow’s pop-ups (biceps!)
