The other day when was a rainy day, I was in my kitchen for making Japanese Kimchi.
Kimchi, a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasoning is fairly popular in Japan as well.

I added more Seaweed flavour for tuning a taste to my favourite taste; more milder chilli but more deeper.
