Grilled Breaded Mackerel with organic Chard 

Daffodil has coming out already in Cornwall.
New season makes me happy anytime.
I chose fresh mackerel and organic chards as I really love chard’s vivid colours like my new feeling.
Served with Asian spinach soup.
You know, I didn’t use any oil for this crispy mackerel itself.
Healthy Crunchy dish.
