The other day, when I luckily got a high quality and authentic Japanese kelp, a nice idea for cooking flashed across my mind.
That was Japanese Omelette, Kelp broth, Salmon, Fried Rice.
Firstly I made a miso soup with the most clear kelp broth and then I steamed rice with the second broth which has more rough taste.
And I made a rice omelette.
And I made a rice omelette.

And I served fresh reddish and Tofu with Sweet-savoury miso (味噌田楽) alongside.
Finally it is Friday today.
