Seafood paella and Matcha (green tea) roll cake

The other day, I made Seafood paella and Matcha roll cake.
Just for remembering the recipe from the last holiday to Spain and also for a practice for my event menu.
Not perfect (especially roll cake. It was cracked as I packed too much cream in that. it’s too scrummy!)
Oh well, should be fine, practice should remind me my method soon. 
After my cooking, I make a practice of walking in such a beautiful area.

Wind, bird singing, smell of earth…everything is stunning here.
