Finally we have fixed more details of Japanese Culinary Workshop at the Brian Etherington of this year.
All menu are authentic Japanese & Asian food like the Soup Chicken Dumpling.
As a special mention, I would like to share how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and how to steam dumplings without proper bamboo steamers.
