I have been struggling to make my mind for the menu, but finally I made the guts.

Wagyu steak Sesame seeds, Mushed broccoli Yuzu pepper, Dashi jelly.
And I made a Tofu custard pudding Matcha milk alongside this.
This contains NO fat, so I didn’t have any guilty to serve this pudding to my family.
