Tsuke-Ramen (Dipping Noodle) Japanese Curry Soup

Spring is on the corner in Cornwall.
I do like these uplifting season.
And boys who loves outdoor does too.
In such a joyful time, I made a typical Japanese food for them.
Tsuke-Ramen (Dipping Noodle) Japanese Curry soup.
Served pulled chicken Yuzu Pepper as a topping alongside.
For the side dish, I put Onigiri (Hand ball rice) and Green salad Soy dressing.
Looks like a spring¬†picnic lunch box, doesn’t it?
Oh joy, oh joy!
