My favourite has come finally.
Hand picked wild garlic.
I made this dish using Japanese and local Cornish ingredients:
Soba Wrapped Deep Fried Prawn with Wild Garlic and Spinach SauceI deep fried even head and tail discreetly for sufficient time, so all are edible and good source of calcium.
It’s already May (so scary isn’t it!)
