Grilled Pork, Ginger and Leek with Anchovy (豚の生姜焼き)

This might be one of the most popular fast food in Japan.
There are so many casual dining that put this dish on their menu throughout Japan. 

To be fair, this is not a posh food at all but so easy and quick cooking instead (actually it takes only 20 minutes for preparing and cooking),  so my family really like this energetic food!
