Deep fried Horse Mackerel, Spinach coconut sauce

The other day, for such happy  jolly fellows, I chose this springy menu.
Deep fried Horse mackerel, Spinach coconut sauce.
And served arranged version like a canapé alongside.
This green sauce tastes very Asian flavour, and also I seasoned Spaghetti based with Japanese kelp plum powder (梅昆布茶).
So totally that’s an Asian flavour! 
I made them for my littles though, actually we parents ate most as they were more than enthusiastic to their new air plain toys…
Anyway, I much appreciate we all were able to enjoy today as well.
