Pork Miso Stew (Tonjiru) & Tofu Strawberry Sorbet  

Pork Miso Stew (Tonjiru) is a kind of Miso Soup, and very popular as home-style dish and street food in Japan.
Also probably every home has their own recipe, ingredients & taste for this dish.
I loved my mum’s Tonjiru which was flavourful, then my one is based on her taste and I added some more rich flavours to that.
This hearty stew is perfect for chilly night like these days.

I cooked a dessert with an extra Tofu and strawberries.
That’s a Sorbet.

This contains No dairy products but high good protein of soya.
