I tried to switch my brain to joyful event: my younger son’s birthday party!
October is his birth month and he loves my sushi.
So I made a trial cake for his birthday.
This is called Sushi Cake -Cornish crab, Mizuna leaves.
Decorated by lots of edible flowers.
