Marinated Cornish Mackerel (Shime Saba) Nigiri, Grilled Stilton Blue Pudding with Passion Fruit Tuile

This was a starter dish for the other day.  
Shime Saba was marinated in the marinade of vinegar and sugar.
And I use the best quality of Japanese rice called Koshihikari.
This is one of my most favourite type of sushi. 
And new menu has come up!
In this little jar, there is a grilled Stilton Blue cheese and roasted nuts and honey on top.
Super rich and creamy pudding.
You can find lots of variety of attractive in your mouth: the harmony of savoury taste of stilton, sweetness of honey and little bit sourness of passion fuit, and creamy texture of pudding and crunchy from nuts and tuile!
