Soba Wrapped Deep Fried Prawn with Wild Garlic and Spinach Sauce

My favourite has come finally.
Hand picked wild garlic.

I made this dish using Japanese and local Cornish ingredients: Soba Wrapped Deep Fried Prawn with Wild Garlic and Spinach Sauce 

I deep fried even head and tail discreetly for sufficient time, so all are edible and good source of calcium.
It’s already May (so scary isn’t it!)
