Sashimi Salmon & Charred Seafood Sushi Rice Bowl

The other day I luckily found a fairly fresh seafood at a local shop.
Then I decided to cook a hearty meal as I wanted at least my dining table bright (What a miserable weather!!)  

Sashimi Salmon & Charred Seafood Sushi Rice Bowl

As a side dish, I made a Red Cabbage Chinese Salad and Spicy Konnyaku.
Konnyaku is the very typical Japanese ingredients and they are almost non-calories!
Oh joy!
Looks like a flower garden.
This cooking made my day.
