Build your own Chashu salad

I braised pork joint which I marinated in soy sauce, sake and sugar for over night. 
This is the Japanese Chashu (焼豚).
I braised the pork at low temperature, and so my Chashu is really juicy, tender, and flavourful. (I’ll serve them to you at my Ramen & Gyoza Night)

​On that day I arranged the dinner style to “Build your own”.

Pick up your favourite one and build your own taste.
Spicy bean sprout and Mooli Miso Soup etc.
