The other day, we had a little family party for my husband who is away in a little while for his business.
Mini Teriyaki beef sushi burger, Breaded fried vegetable and Japanese green salad.
I cooked them with imaging a miniature spring garden on the table.
I made a very typical Japanese side dish, Ohitashi (おひたし, Soy and bonito seasoned vegetable).
Oh what a feast for us!
