The other day when I got a freshest Cornish plaice from a local fishmonger, I dressed the plaice for fillets in my kitchen.
What a beauty!
And as always I made a fish broth from these bones, so clean and clear broth!

I quite love this vibrant cauliflower that are local grown.
And I put some freeze-dried tofu (高野豆腐) for garnish.
They are typical Japanese food and also contains loads of high good nutritions.
