Salt-Grilled Mackerel (鯖の塩焼き)

On the busier day, I choose fresh mackerel from the local fish monger.
Salt-Grilled Mackerel served with grated mooli.
​This is quite classical Japanese home dish.
Remove the gut and smear the salt over the fish, and grill it.
Just it!
It took the time only 15 minutes.
Salt removes the fishy smell, and only the nice taste remains into the fish.

Healthy and tasty.
